VISION

The SANTO NIÑO AGRICULTURE AND MACHINERY TECHNICAL INSTITUTE, INC. was initiated and established by a group of local educators and leaders who collectively believed that the very survival of the population during the Covid-19 pandemic will require the transfer of essentia l skills such as agriculture and light machinery crafts skills. The institute was built to serve this need.

MISSION

Providing world class instruction in sustainable, environmentally sound agricultural and light industry technologies.

Promoting inclusivity and broad participation by focusing its service delivery to poor rural youth, women, indigenous peoples, PWDs and other marginalized sectors.

Continually upgrading corporate governance and human resources and taking care of the institution’s trainer and staff front-liners by ensuring inclusive wages and a share in the benefits.

Building an attitude of quality and excellence in short, medium and long term delivery of its mandate through built-in mechanisms of close feedback, monitoring and systems improvement.
