The Santo Niño Agriculture and Machinery Technical Institute, Inc. is incorporated as a non-stock non-profit corporation under the laws of the Philippines. The affairs of the corporation are governed by a 5-member Board of Trustees. The Board is responsible and accountable for the entire corporation, its properties, and business affairs.

Board of Trustees

The SNAMTI Board of Trustees is presently composed of:

SNAMTI Goals and Objectives

  • Promotion of quality Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs which are both governed by existing TESDA Training Regulations (TR) and are Non-TR (elective).
  • To continuously align the TVET Competency Based Learning Modules (CBLM) with the relevant industry and TESDA’s requirements in terms of scope and sequence, contents, standards and competencies, skills and values.
  • To formulate Training Regulations in leading non-TR industries where there is a pressing requirement for skilled manpower.
  • Focused institutional leadership and management
    • To properly identify priority programs and directions
  • Consistency in the system of governance
    • To have a unified set of procedures and processes for sound management of the SNAMTI.
  • Continuing Formation and Professional Advancement of training and non-training Personnel
    • To update and upgrade training competencies and laboratory management skills
    • To enhance CBLM delivery giving priority to the development of attitudes and skills
    • To improve efficiency in the performance of their functions, duties and responsibilities
  • Improved Instruction and Laboratory Management
    • To identify areas where trainers capabilities need to be developed in order for them to properly design appropriate enhancement programs and activities
  • Continuous improvement of Facilities and Services
    • To increase effectiveness in the delivery of services
  • Establish a strong research program
    • To strengthen trainers’ capability in conducting action research

Our Colors

The official colors of SNAMTI are blue, green, and yellow. Blue symbolizes SNAMTI's reliability in delivering high-quality training, green signifies its ongoing growth and development, while yellow represents the institute's commitment to providing quality training and empowering trainers to achieve success.
